POWER UP FOR SCHOOL

Now that school is back in session, let's work together to make sure our children have all the tools they need for a successful school year.    In this day and time, young people are faced with so much more to worry about than homework, tests and grades.   They face social pressure that studies have shown can be detrimental to their self-esteem.  Through social media and networking, bullying has risen to an all time high and is infesting our schools at a rapid pace.

Joanna Pitman Yates has developed  a program to equip the young people of today with the tools that they can implement into their present lives as well as tools they will use for the rest of their lives. Joanna's mission is to give young people a larger vision of themselves thus enabling then to break through social pressure and learn to look to themselves, their teachers adn their parents for guidance.

People Productions Mission Statement
